Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements used.

For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an item you have acquired, such as armor, weapon or rings. This swaps the current item for another similar one with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. They don't preserve the original level of the item and any money wasted will not be refunded.

The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests or bought from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a better quality and requires a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a special or best item upgrade a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next success is rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

During the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This affects the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the value of an item by improving its stats or attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones are also available to players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's current level and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade, the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and Best Item Upgrade pay the cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the item's durability. This makes the system an excellent method for players to get an advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank accounts. Moreover players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item onto a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are many ways to acquire the stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets you increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will be upgraded to an upgraded level. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items that have upgraded stats will display an icon of blue next to their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack with each other, but can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component will require an amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will start the upgrading process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its highest level, upgrades will no longer be available for it. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to the track will be offered at discounts.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an attribute bonus or extra effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Items upgrades allow players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary based on the kind of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them additional effects or an increase in item level. These upgrades can be obtained through a variety of sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is placed in an item it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.

Upgrades to an Best Item upgrade can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can improve the stats of the item.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand, increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get an exact roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item upgrade. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon), the tier of the item and the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade item by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
