WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give you boosts in certain stats. Each upgrade increases the level of the item by +3. A random extra substat is also added to each upgrade.

The more modernized gear generally has a greater value for trade regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or has a high stat variance (like the eth titan weapons). Upgrades are less important for those with lower requirements due to the requirement to roll a perfect version.
